About the Journal
UDA Law Review, a student-led initiative, promotes a culture of research in law and related fields, developing academic writing and training skills to create a platform for scientific dissemination. In its second edition, this journal has provided a space for expanding the knowledge of professionals and students within our academic community. Following in the footsteps of those who developed this initiative, the UDA Law Review 2019 Academic Committee presents this journal, hoping that readers will find satisfaction in delving into the knowledge of law and the various legal areas of social development through its content.

La presente edición de UDA Law Review consolida un espacio de vanguardia para la investigación jurídica de pregrado, abordando con rigor crítico las transformaciones del Derecho contemporáneo. A través de un estricto arbitraje por pares ciegos, este volumen reúne contribuciones que trascienden la descripción normativa para profundizar en la racionalidad jurídica, la interdisciplinariedad y los desafíos globales de la justicia. Con la implementación del formato HTML y el identificador persistente DOI, la revista reafirma su compromiso con la excelencia académica, la integridad científica y la democratización del conocimiento de una nueva generación de juristas.
